We have 4 courses available that fulfill both NJ and PA CE credit requirements. The courses are 3 or 4 credit hours each and we run 2 courses per day (9am-5pm) for a total of 7 credit hours per day. Together, these 4 courses over 2 days add up to 14 credit hours and fulfill ALL requirements for NJ &/or PA Continuing Ed. Summary of Required Credits:

NJ Real Estate Licensees (Salesperson or Broker) need 12 hours of Continuing Education credit in order to renew their licenses in 2013. Of the 12 hours, at least 6 hours must be in "Core Topics" including 2 hours in "Ethics." The remaining 6 hours can be in "Elective Couses." 

PA Licensees (Salesperson or Broker) need 14 hours of Continuing Education credit by May 31, 2012 in order to renew thier license at that time. Except for new licensees at their first renewal, licensees may take any approved course to fulfill the required 14 credit hours (there are no category stipulations at this time except for a licensee's first renewal).

TO REGISTER ONLINE: Click on the "Enroll Online" tab at top of this page and follow instructions to register as a User of this site (registering as a User is FREE of course). You can then return to our site, login as a User, click on the "Enroll Now" tab and you will be able to access the Course Catalog via the left side bar. Simply select "NJ/ PA Continuing Ed Classes," from the menu on the left, and find the course(s) you want in the list. NOTE: The "Class Package" (#16) includes all four NJ/ PA Cont Ed Courses.

Alternatively, if you would like to purchase individual classes, select the first course you want (#17, #18, #19 or #20) and click the "Add to Cart" button to the right of the course. To purchase additional courses, you will (again) click the link on the left side bar entitled "NJ/ PA Continuing Ed Classes" & select your next course. Repeat the process for each course.
