Description………..The Real Estate School’s 15-Hour Supplemental Course is now available. The course is geared towards PA and DE sales agents who want the NJ Salesperson license. The class focuses on contracts, disclosures, financing & appraisal-- the areas students tend to struggle with on the “fundamentals & practices” questions on the NJ State Exam!

*New Jersey Law Review on June 20*Students may also choose to attend our one-day NJ Law Review Session, FREE OF CHARGE, on June 20th. We strongly recommend that students do attend this class to learn the NJ State Law which constitutes 30 questions on the NJ State Licensing Exam.  Please note, however, that students do not receive PA MCE "credit" for these course hours because they are focused on NJ law. You will receive 15-course hours credit for the first 2 days of class.
