The Real Estate School was founded in 1976 and purchased by it's current owner, Donald R. Haven, in 1986. Don was a teacher at the school at the time of purchase, and has been the school's Director and Head Instructor ever since.

About our Director and Head Instructor, Don Haven

Over the last 25 years, Don Haven has helped (literally) thousands of men and women begin successful careers in real estate. Don has been active in the industry since 1970, having owned and operated a real estate brokerage firm as well as mortgage, title and property management companies. His expertise spans industrial, land sales and commercial brokerage, as well as residential real estate

Don has edited most of the major real estate textbooks & has even been asked by the NJ Real Estate Commission to draft & review questions for the State Licensing Exam. His dynamic (& highly entertaining) teaching method has made him an extremely popular instructor, but above all Don is widely respected for his extensive real estate knowledge. Having taught 20+ courses per year for the last 25 years, there are very few other instructors who could hope to touch his level of mastery of the subject.

The Real Estate School is licensed by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission and the PA State Real Estate Commission.

We are members of the Burlington Camden County Association of Realtors, the Gloucester Salem County Board of Realtors, and the South Jersey Investors Group.
