New Jersey’s Most Trusted Independent Real Estate School

Create the life you want with a career in real estate.

It’s a fact: better educated real estate agents earn more money. To be a top earning agent, choose a school that will give you the best real estate education. The Real Estate School is taught by professionals with a long history of success. We started in 1976 and teach over 25 Real Estate Licensing Courses each year. Our teachers are experts who know how to keep you engaged and learning in the classroom. We’re committed to helping you learn all you need to pass your state exam AND be successful in your new career.

The Real Estate School is an independent education provider – we are not owned by or affiliated with one real estate brokerage company or franchise. Instead, we work equally with many different real estate companies that are eager to hire our graduates. We offer numerous Recruiting Events every month to help you connect with different real estate brokers looking to hire new agents. We want you to find the best brokerage company for your personal situation and professional goals so that you are successful in your new career.

As a truly independent Real Estate School, we can tell you that commission splits, start-up fees and ongoing costs charged by real estate companies vary considerably, as does the training and support provided to new agents. These factors have a huge impact on your success – and on how much money you make. Some brokerage companies charge thousands of dollars in fees every year, whether or not you ever earn a dime – but many do not! We can help you make an informed decision before you sign a contract with any brokerage.

We make it easy. Our course provides 2 state licenses and 5 college credits.

We work in partnership with Camden County College, so upon completing our sales licensing course, you will also earn five college credits. These credits may be transferable to other institutions. Consult with your college or university for additional information. We are licensed by the NJ Real Estate Commission and the PA State Real Estate Commission. Our sales licensing course qualifies you to sit for the NJ Salesperson’s Licensing Exam, the PA Salesperson’s Licensing Exam, or both. There is no need to pay for additional course work! Our competitive tuition rate includes the latest edition textbook, our proprietary study materials AND eligibility for licenses in both states.

At The Real Estate School, you will get:
  • Full-time, expert instructors and attorney guest speakers
  • Our guarantee that the class will never be canceled
  • Dedicated customer service staff for ongoing support
  • Jumpstart on your professional network
  • 100% Education, 0% Sales Pitches
  • Recruiting for job opportunities with real estate companies
Don’t settle for anything less than the best!

Why Choose The Real Estate School?

100% Independent

The Real Estate School is completely independent. That means we’re not owned by or affiliated with any one real estate franchise or brokerage company. Instead, we work equally with many different brokerage companies who are looking to hire our graduates.

100% Education

We believe class time is for instruction, not sales pitches. We want you to have time to ask questions and learn. We don’t use valuable class time trying to get you to join a specific real estate brokerage company. Instead, you have the opportunity to attend recruiting events outside of class where you can meet many different real estate brokerage companies who are looking to hire new agents. This allows you to find the best brokerage company for your personal situation and career goals — and ultimately, make the most money possible.

Get Connected

Local real estate brokers are eager to hire Real Estate School alumni. We’ve made it easy for you to meet them and learn about their fees, commissions, training, and support. Every month, you have the opportunity to attend 5-6 events for graduates and brokers. We’ll prepare you with the kinds of questions you should ask and what to look for in a contract.
