NJ Broker Course – 150 Hours

• 90 Hours General Broker
• 30 Hours Agency & Ethics
• 30 Hours Office Management

To become a broker in New Jersey you MUST complete the following:

• A high school education or equivalency
• Successfully complete the pre-licensing course (90-hour General Broker course)
• Successfully complete two 30-hour courses in Agency/Ethics and Office Management
• Have been continually licensed and employed on a full-time basis as a New Jersey real estate salesperson for the three years preceding application for licensure with no gaps in licensing history
• After completing coursework, Pass the broker license exam
